KSA Exhaust Systems
All KSA sport exhaust systems are made according to the customer's specifications and are designed to give you a distinct, sporty sound and additional horsepower. KSA uses only the highest grade stainless steel from 1.4301 up to 1.4828 which is also used by all major german car manufacturers. The exhaust systems are manufactured using the newest industrial machinery and equipment available in the industry. They are engineered on CAD; the tubes are bent on CNC machines, which eliminates any welding on the tubes. This is a very important factor for the high performance and quality of KSA exhaust systems. All tube manipulations are machined directly on to the tubes to different diameters, so that the exhaust system will fit the car perfectly. The tube perforations inside the mufflers are not welded so the tubes can move and accommodate temperature differences which results in a more durable muffler. Every exhaust system is completed by hand to a brushed finish and quality inspected. This gives the product a unique and exclusive standard.
